| Thursday's Sprint it out |
Remember how hard it was raining yesterday? Kate, Annie and Margaret get a huge "hard core award" for refusing to let a little sideways downpour get in the way of their sprints. After successfully completing many, many sprint ladders, they even managed to "plank it out" for 1.5 minutes!! Congratulations! Kate dashed off to get her usual post workout coffee...I'm hoping after weathering that workout she got a mocha!!! (more) |

| Susan and Kate took control of the weights and the pesky little bosu balls this morning! After endless frog leaps, lunges and bicep curls, I realized that they were simply indefatigable. Not even a new variation of the side plank could get them! Nice work!! |
